Let me share part two of my Digital Slide Show obsession.

I have been turning all my old travel photos into music videos, and I am starting to get it right. I have put a page on tips for making better slide shows.

These aren’t boring slide shows either, but MTV-quality music videos. These movies are created using Animoto, a state-of-the-art, professional quality video production system. It uses artificial intelligence to analyze each photo in your digital slide show, sets them to music and produces MTV-style transitions between photos.

Here are some more vacation videos I have made from stills and video clips I took during a cross country trip I took a couple of years ago.

There are so many aircraft in the U.S. Air Force museum that it is hard to pick few enough pictures to make a reasonable length movie. So I limited these to bi-planes. Take a closer look at the Bi-Planes in the Air Force Museum.

When we rolled into Texas, we went to the Ladybird Johnson Wildflower Center. We later went to San Antonio and visited the Botanic Garden, then move on to Louisiana where we stay in a ‘historic’ building…

Our local Master Gardener’s class needed a slide show highlighting and celebrating their year of study and work. This Class Graduation presentation was the result of that need.

Another travel video, this time of the Precolumbian Art Exhibit in Chicago.

Another Air Museum video is this one, with pictures from the U.S.Air Force Museum in Dayton, Ohio.

While I was in Chicago I visited the Botanic garden. They have an outdoor train section there that was quite intriguing. A friend has an outdoor train set, so I shot these pictures for him, and now have turned them into a movie.

Welcome to the New Age of the Digital Slide Show
